Space Machines Company and Perigee Aerospace Sign Strategic Partnership for Kickstage Development

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - 2 October, 2025 — Space Machines Company (SMC) has entered into a strategic partnership with South Korean launch company Perigee Aerospace to develop a Kickstage combining South Korean methane propulsion technology with Australian spacecraft systems.

The agreement was signed by Rajat Kulshrestha, CEO and Co-Founder of Space Machines Company, and Dong-Yoon Shin, CEO of Perigee Aerospace.

The partnership represents a significant step in Indo-Pacific space cooperation, enabling GEO access capabilities for SMC's Optimus Viper fleet while strengthening the sovereign space capabilities of both nations.
